also, at pick 33, you will never get a caliber player like JJ. Make the trade.

I wanna be friends but....Cooper Kupp, Tyreek Hill, Davante Adams, Steve Smith, Keenan Allen, AJ Brown, Deebo, Metcalf, Diggs, Michael Thomas.....I will just stop cause this could go on....

When is the last time a highly paid WR won the SB? Pass on him due to the assets and cap space we’d have to give up. Great player but not our answer at WR in my view

Tyreke Hill won one. Honestly, Chiefs made a mistake not just extending him. Orlando Brown did not work out and their lack of WRs has been an issue. They’ve worked around it because they have Mahomes (and a great D this year) but no one would have come close to them this year if they kept Hill.

Winning the SB is a bad example though because outside of Mahomes and Brady, there’s barely anyone else.

I don’t think Jefferson makes sense because we’d be wasting a lot of resources to get him while Young is here. This is a great WR draft class. We should just do the draft like we should have done and get our young and cheap WRs now. Trade for a Justin Jefferson when we actually need him.

Both are 2 WRs at best. Hell nah. Get JJ. We haven’t had a true 1 since Steve smith circa 2013

DJ Moore was and is 1 WR.   The argument only Steve Smith has been one is redefining the position so that there are only about 5 actual #1 WRs existing in any given season.

i think Jefferson is due $19+ this year and a free agent next year.

i'd be up for a trade, but i wouldn't give them more than burns in the trade.

Most likely he would get the franchise tag.  I don't see Minnesota just letting him walk without some sort of compensation.

I agree if we were to trade for him for Burns. The only way is straight up.  Best way to deal with it would be for both teams to sign and trade so we have our cap hit already identified.

I would do that trade in a heartbeat.  If pillows is indeed going to be our QB, him with JJ would be nice. Maybe Theilen could help land him.

Vikings have had 3 losing season with JJ and zero playoffs wins.   He isn't going to come here and solve anything for us.

I'd rather sign a bunch of good players than one super stud given where we are right now.    Until we solve our QB problems in Carolina, little is going to matter.

And we need massive refreshes to all phases of the special teams game. And the idea that four or five of these players could see rotational use outside of special teams would be a win. This team has accumulated quite a bit of dead wood over the last five years and its time to take an axe to some of it. These new fellows have a shot to benefit from that if they can really push. That being said, wow that receivers room is crowded right now. I'm not sure if I was a vet player with more than 2 years experience other than Adam Thielen if I'd be too sure of my future here. Tet is guaranteed a spot, Coker earned his for sure and they aren't done with XL developing yet. That's only two to three spots left for the entire room. It's going to be very competitive and better for Bryce's future, too. Safety and linebacker are the opportunity spots here this season. There's room for the right guy and we may see a starter eventually from one of these UDFAs, either by merit or injury.
    • Aho and Jarvis just gripping it too tight right now. Relax, play their 200 ft game and the shots will start to find the net. Freddie has been excellent and welcome back Mista Svechnikov. Burns.....well, thank goodness for Slavin.
    • Supposedly he plans on staying in college for all 4 years.
