So it doesn't bother either of you tough guys that Pep handcuffed our team last season to the tune of $1mil+ per game and now he admits to taking plays off?

You can act as tough as you like, but something is wrong if you're just cool with that.

I blame the orgnaziation for that. They are the ones that tendered him and didnt have a plan b.

It's the organization's fault he took plays off?

Just want to be clear here.

No its the organzation fault for overpaying a player who took plays off. They new he might not sign a new contract they should have had another plan in the works if he didnt. Not franchise him.

I'll admit I haven't really read all of the Peppers interviews because I don't really care all that much. But from what I've read he says things in the fashion of "I can always be better", which is what I interpret it to be.

It's not like it was some big secret that he lacked motivation, everybody knew that when we franchised him. I'm always going to be a little miffed about the bad moves the franchise makes, but it's in the past now time to move on.

What bothers me more is seeing all of these huddler's wish injuries on him, call him a traitor, and just talk all sorts of poo. They're all just pissed that he's left so they're venting their frustration in the most classless/childish way possible. People need to grow up a little bit.

‘It was tough to leave the home team,’’ Peppers said. ‘‘But as a person and as a player, I felt it was time for a new start.’’

Carey: ‘Julius took a lot of risk to make this move. But he did it because he wanted to reach his personal and professional potential, and he felt he needed to make a change in order to do so.’’

Hmmm...thought he was upset that the Panthers did not make an offer after the season ended. So a few weeks ago he and Carey were playing the victim...the Panthers did not want him. Now Pep is courageous for taking a risk. Wouldn't buy a used car from either of them.
