He would be a great addition and has worked under Meeks.

he'll be looking for more than a one year deal and will probably be wanting more money than he's worth. he'll be looking for the most desperate team and get too much money from them.

he's on the wrong side of 30 and i'm thinking the team will be consistent in keeping the roster under that.

he's got that star caps situation in which he could be suspended for a big chunk of the season.

he's been put on IR each of the last two seasons for triceps injuries and recently had surgery.

and the kicker...he has an involuntary manslaughter case hanging over his head for some incident from a couple years ago in which a pregnant woman and her unborn baby were killed. trial date hasn't been set yet for that.

He is to old and the panthers are not going for old guys at this point. We are going young now on this team. If the panthers wanted to keep a proven old DE with us. They wouldn't of release tyler brayton. No thanks to old point blank.
