New info on possible d-will trade

hoover fanz

Agreed.

If someone woud have come in two weeks ago and said that they had a source that said we would cut Delhomme, Hoover, Lewis, Kemo, Diggs, L Johnson....and not re-sign Brayton or Moose.....they would have gotten flamed.

People want to believe what makes them comfortable....as well as not want to admit that other people have sources when they themselves have nothing.

lol relax. if this happens i will call hoover fanz the huddle prophet, but if it doesnt ill be just as skeptical as before.

I am not believing that it WILL happen. I do believe that it is possible....just as I believe the OP's source may actually exist.

I am just not willing to stick my head in the ground

Of course it could happen, with Fox and Hurney, its unpredictable

Most people would think that Fox and Hurney are predictable but really, how many times have you thought that we will draft someone based on our needs and then we wind up with someone you least expected (i.e Jon Beason) ?

I think it's only fair that if it doesn't happen the original poster is hung, drawn and quartered.

Dumb f**king post.

Just because you don't have anyinside sources at the Panthers, does not mean that others who post here don't.

I don't know who hooverfanz is, but I do know several people on this board who absolutely do have sources.

But, to compare someone's possible source to your bong...well, it explains why you are sitting around doing nothing more than hitting a bong.

I don't care if he does man, I wasn't attacking anyone like your attacking me. I don't care who has "sources" or claims to have them. If we trade him, so be it. I will survive. This is like my third post on this whole thread, does that really explain why I'm hitting my bong? I hardly ever post here, just read. I apologize for my dumb post but your still a fuging asshole and a douche bag.

I am not sticking up for anybody. As I have said, I have no idea whether he is legit.

However, the ignorant posts flaming the guy...when we don't know...jsut because we don't have sources makes us sound like idiots.

Again, I wasn't flaming anyone. It was all in good fun and your still a fuging idiot and a douche bag. Good day.

Oh my..... another fuging internet moron calls me a douche. What ever will I do?

I am not attacking you....just said that your bong comment made you sound like an idiot.....I have no idea if you are really an idiot....but, I can definitely make an educated guess.

The Charges were originally going to let Sproles walk. They pulled him back at the last minute with a RFA tender. Much speculation at that time was they kept him as possible trade bait...once they saw there was interest for him on the market.

If that were true, they may be willing to use him as an additional teaser in any trade scenario. This draft is weak at RB....Sproles is not a feature back and can't carry the load...you are not goign to get a good RB wtih the 28th pick. All of this says....the Charges just might offer this deal.

Not saying they will or won't.....but the possibility is still there.

Actually this is a very deep class of runners coming out, and some of the ones that would be 2nds usually will be had in the 3 and 4 because of the influx of underclassmen coming out.

Sproles was absolutely tagged to be trade bait, the Chargers do not want to pay him the 7.3 he is due, but needed him to "sweeten the pot" for another team.

If AJ Smith can make the numbers work, and they don't lose any of their RFA's then I can certainly see this deal coming down the pipe. The only issue will be how much will they have to pay D Will to get him to sign long term.

I want to add to what I said earlier which was that I will believe it when I see it..

The other day we had a guy that goes by Insider on here claiming that Chris Harris will be released that day. Here we are, a few days later, and no word on Harris being released. Why? Because I don't believe it was true and until proven otherwise, I still won't believe it.

The fact is, Hooverz Fan could be right, and as stated, with Fox and Hurney being unpredictable this offseason, anything can happen but until proven, I will stand by most here and say that this is just speculation.
