Thomas is definitely impressive, but then again there's a reason why he's not crazily hyped. For you to be a successful wideout in the NFL, you have to be smart and run good routes. You don't just get open with speed in the next level. His route running is really raw, though I'm not sure how smart or dumb he is. I wouldn't be upset if we got him, but history says that being super athletic type is neither a prerequisite nor sufficient to be a successful WR in the league.

Best thing about Bay-Bay is that he catches the ball with his hands rather than trapping it. When you look at all the top receivers in the NFL, all of them ALWAYS use their hands rather than trying to trap it.

Classic trapper: Braylon Edwards. Guy can't catch a ball if his hands were covered in glue.

I think we all would, which almost assures us it wont happen. I see them going dline in the 2nd and picking up a WR later. I still think Riley Cooper makes too much sense for our offense in the 4th.

Actually, this is very unlikely to happen. JR won't let a lame duck head coach use next year's draft pick.. he will save those for next year's head coach.

I'm still not sold on "Bay Bay"...

He's fuging stiff as hell, and played in an offense that benefits WRs...

I'd prefer Tate and Gilyard over him, and this draft is pretty solid from a WR standpoint... Andre Roberts is more of our style guy too...
