we'll see, I highly doubt it. Those TD stats are as empty as Kaepernick's last season, and teams know that, 3k yards is a joke. And first year in Denver was terrible.

Do I think they should sign him? Absolutely not.

But... he's pretty close with Canales so I could see some interest coming here he could arguably win the starting job (not that Panthers want a competition). Might be a good mentor for Young at the very least.
