Where is Brad Hoover's press conference?....

Why aren't Hurney and Fox making a press conference for Hoover so that they can say how much they're going to miss him and cry their eyes out?

I mean Hoover was only here 3 years before Jake even stepped foot on the field for the Panthers. He's only paved way for THREE 1,000 yard backs in Stephen Davis, DeAngelo Williams, and Jonathan Stewart. Even lesser backs, DeShaun Foster and Nick Goings, got almost 900 yards a year when they started.

So why does a guy who had more INTs than TDs in the past 2 years, and was hurt for a year before that, get a press conference with Coach and GM beside him bawling their eyes out while another guy that has been here longer and did his job well every year he's been here doesn't?

It kind of throws the whole analogies of comparing war to football for reasons why Fox and Hurney were shedding a thousand tears a minute during Delhomme's press conference out the window since the samething didn't happen for Hoover. It shows that they were so blindly loyal to a QB that it affected their decision making process during the 2009 season and that they most likely would've started Jake again first chance they got if he was still on the team. It also shows that JR was the reason Jake got the boot because you know damn well he would still be on the team if it was up to Fox and Hurney.

Jake was a starting QB, of course he is going to be given one.Do you honestly think the majority of teams have the same amount of FB press conferenes as QB's do? They don't.

Also press conferences have been held for Minter and Rucker. And if I recall right there were tears in that sitatuion as well. So its not like JD has been given exlusive treatment.
