Personnel from a player standpoint will be very different, but what about...

Fox?

Do you think this group of players will alter his style or approach to the game at all?

Fox ball still being played?

I think he should stick to what he knows and stay in his comfort range, but I for one would like to see some creativity. Hopefully with an all-around younger squad we can utilize a more athletic and faster team.

What do you think?

One of Fox's best coaching jobs ever was when he took backups and nobodies in 2004 and helped them finish 6-2 after going 1-7 after a rash of injuries. This time the decimation of our veteran starters is self-inflicted but barring any big name FA acquisitions he will have to take rookies and backups and mold them into a cohesive unit pretty fast if we stand a chance to be competitive this year. Probably too early to draw any conclusions about who we will have at this point until at least June.

All this change may be good for Fox. Presents a challenge for him and he is the type of guy to get excited about challenges. We may see a re-energized Fox out there this season.

this is what i have been thinking as well. it's harder to be stubborn when you can't afford to take things for granted anymore.

    • Film Room Playlist _ NFL Pro — Mozilla Firefox 2024-11-25 10-20-11.mp4 🎯🎯🎯 There were a couple of "fans" yesterday saying that this wasn't a helmet-to-helmet shot... 👀 Looks like based on where Moore was and where the play ended, he'd have gotten maybe just a yard or two more. Chuba was downed at the KC 16 and Moore was on his way back to the QB, so the offense got what they could for the most part. After reviewing the all-22, Bryce made the right call here. Tremble was the hot and KC sent both LBs. He gets it out with a clear pocket but it's quickly collapsing. If there was a little more time it looked like AT came free at the end but whether or not Bryce would've been upright still is another story. Smart move to get the completion and keep the field goal in play to stay alive. George Karlaftis is about to get himself a big ole hug and Bryce heaves it to where David Moore is going. Trent McDuffie slipped just a step or two before this shot, but we can see the clear DPI here as he's wrapped around David Moore before knocking him over as the ball gets there.
    • I’m taking a TE early day 3 Ian Thomas and Tremble are FA.  We should have no desire to bring them back.   There’s more than enough film of ball bouncing off their hands or facemask.
    • Daniel Jones sometimes would sling it for 300 or 400 yards.  That's my stance.  We know what Bryce is.  If you consistently play any QB at this level, they largely are going to end up w/ some good days/games.  last time Mahomes was at BOA, Teddy Bridgwater threw for 300+ yards and a couple TDs and the Matt Rhule Panthers almost took him down.  We know what Bryce is.  Now we got people predictably falling into a predictable trap.
