What's the problem? People talk a lot of poo about TWC, but I've had no real complaints about our service at home or at work.

Lots of channels are "unavailable" recently.

I.e., tried turn to BBCA earlier to watch Top Gear, got eh unavailable message. I also know that Palldia was unavailable earlier (its on now) and my wife said a lot of things she tried to watch were out.

Not to mention how much my friggin cable bill is a month. I about gagged when my wife told me...

Mine does the same thing, the guy said the box needs replacing. "Channel not available" or so badly pixilated and the sound messed up.

I had the same problems on our upstairs unit for a while... I had them replace it and it's been fine since.

Of course, now that I said I've had no problems... I was watching HGTV this morning and they were installing a putting green in this guys back yard and it goes out and says "not available..." Errrrgghhh... It came back, but only after I'd missed the show.

Only problem I have with DTV is they dropped Versus.

I'm with him. We were able to sign up for Sunday Ticket and they threw in all the movie channels for free. Need to call and see if they have any deals on Extra Innings.
