Couple things about bowers. Yeah he had an absolute insane year. But he is faster then warren and has really good route running skills to go with it. Something that warren gets knocked for. Plus Bowers was targeted 153 times, 9 per game which is slightly outside of the top 10 in the nfl. Not saying he isnt good, because he is outstanding but sometimes you have to put things in perspective when comparing other players. ****and when I say you not meaning you specifically BH just people in general -

What I keep wondering is if he would really be going ahead of Kincaid, Mayer, & even LaPorta in the 2023 draft? I guess.. probably? Maybe? I feel that Bowers just reset expectations for a TE1 and now it just has everyone hot and bothered. Rewind one more year to a historically deep TE class, what’s Warren really bringing that LaPorta or Mayer didn’t? I personally don’t see some major edge making him this unicorn TE at the top.
