Luvu and Burns should be priorities. Chinn is a damn good player we have playing out of position. JJ Jansen is a must sign

I don’t think Chinn is that good honestly. The guy had a good rookie year then since, he can’t stop the run, is ALWAYS being beat in coverage, and completely out of position.

I like Burns at the right price, but I still think he can be worth more if traded for picks (assuming a 1 and 3 at a minimum) as that would give us a good chunk to also sign another player.

 He's been playing out of position since his rookie year
