Before you idiots start pointing fingers, let's take a step back. This could have been any of us. How many times have you been in the VIP room hanging with your off duty cop entourage, sipping a pepsi, just trying to relax when all of the sudden all of these young college coeds burst into the room. I would be seriously shocked if it's #2... Ben might be a jerk and might not even be that bright, but I don't think he's downright stupid. Plus the article goes on to say he had his own "security" there in the form of friends of his who are off-duty cops from PA.

Who knows... but either way, he needs to keep it in his pants... even if he's completely innocent, just like Tiger, he's got to know that people will be after his wallet. You can't be a famous millionaire athlete and go around screwing waitresses and college girls without consequences of some sort.

Well he may be that stupid... I didn't rule that out... and as I said, it certainly isn't smart to put yourself in that situation. I certainly wasn't trying to make light of assault or rape at all either. These types of situations can go both ways... there are asshole guys out there that do stuff to women, and there are stupid bitches out there that look for anyway they can to get back at or get money from men.

As for the DNA thing... he's already admitted that there was contact so that weakens your theory some, unless of course they are wanting the DNA to prove that they had intercourse when he says that they didn't... that's a different ballgame.
