As a head coach he got the doors blown off with the QB our new head coach just took to the playoffs.

The problem was just like with Rivera when he had to manage both sides of the ball.

Reich was a garbage hire though. In hindsight and with that logic, we should have kept Rhule. 

Need to compare him to , Reid, Shanahan, Harbaugh etc.

No one in their right mind wouldn’t take Wilks as a DC.
