I understand, but if CMC & Deebo can't get the lead back Purdy has to factor in soon. I'd hate to see Shannahan wait until they're down 2 scores with less than 8 minutes in the game to make that call.

Putting Purdy in another tough spot in playoffs. Shannahan did that with Kimmy G too.

Dude, they're struggling because they abandoned the run. It's not about "opening up the playbook". They've missed numerous deep balls. They need to get back to doing what they do best and that's run the ball.
