Antrel Rolle wants $8 million a year

Conventional wisdom says that the Cardinals will make a strong push to keep Antrel Rolle, but they don't want to give him equal money to teammate Adrian Wilson.

Well, something has to give because Rolle wants Wilson money. More, actually. Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune writes that Rolle is expecting a deal that averages $8 million-per-season.

That's more than Wilson, Troy Polamalu, and Ed Reed earn per year.

Rolle clearly isn't in the same class as those players. It will say a lot about the uncapped year and odd inequities of NFL free agency if Rolle gets the money he wants.

Wow screw that. He'll have a rude awakening. If the owners aren't willing to give the players more money(which is causing the uncapped year), they aren't going to shell out a ton of dough for guy who isn't worth it. He'll get a nice suprise when 85% of the leauge tells him to take his 8 million and shove it.

He wasn't worth $8 million 2-3 years ago so he's not getting it now.

No way at this point that he is going that kind of money from any team unless dallas are skins want him that bad. But other then that he is staying a FA until hi price drops a few million a year.
