Believe it or not, our 2010 season rests solely on Matt Moore's shoulders...

Pop Quiz: What happens if Matt Moore slacks off during camp? What do we do?

Think long and hard about that...

If Matt Moore doesn't somehow get the starting job, then we are freakin' screwed.

With the pattern our franchise is heading and taking note of John Fox's tendencies, it's Matt Moore or Jake Delhomme. Everybody else in John Fox's eyes will be an unknown unknown. Therefore, he will not play them until we have nothing to play for. We ain't getting a QB high in the draft and we ain't getting a decent one in FA.

I pray that Matt Moore is able to convince Fox with his intangibles since he can't with his play and talent. It's almost embarrassing that Delhomme is still in the running for starter...but it is what it is.

Matt Montana has this franchise's nuts for 2010.

Agree or Disagree? Your thoughts...

Whoah whoah whoah there... your way off track bro.

Jake is our QB for 2010, nothing has changed, we are all just going to pretend last year didn't happen. Watch and see.

and maybe...

Moore will be tendered and traded for a third and first rounder which will be more interesting to see what comes of that other than a WR.

I don't know how any of this can't be considered with the Panther's front office. THINK about it.

or the qb they sign on or after mar. 5. i have a strong feeling they will sign somone.

They probably will, but John Fox won't give him a shot. That QB will be an "unknown unknown" in John Fox's mind so Fox won't go with him if things turn sour until our season is over. :(

Believe it or not the Indy Colts 2010 NFL season rests on the shoulders of Peyton Manning. If he gets hurt they're fugged.

We are not unique being at the mercy of a QB. We certainly know a bad one can ruin an entire season when the HC won't remove him from the starting line up.

U didn't read my post, I said if he got injured.

I did. Peyton Manning getting hurt sounds better than Peyton Manning not even getting a chance to play.

Peyton Manning is the best QB in the NFL and will go into the season as a starter. Also, I'mma throw in the fact he has been relatively healthy his whole career for kicks :D

Matt Moore has the possibility of not being the starting QB. This is what I said in the OP

Colts fans don't have this worry

I think we need good quarterback play to really go far, but at the same time I would never rule this team out with our current defense and running game. With what appears to be a pretty easy schedule next year, even plain average quarterback play should result in a playoff berth. It's said that we couldn't even have that for most of last year.

Right now Delhomme is the only quarterback we have under contract. Until Moore is tendered or signed he is a RFA. I can't imagine we wouldn't sign him but before everyone can start worrying about whether he gets hurts or slacks off we need to have him under contract. Until them we can't even worry about him since he isn't on the team.

Now let the nausea begin........................ HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
