In his defense, who's to say he only shook it up some to have fun with his company, and it got on the few people in his immediate area. Someone's trophy girl starts bitching and complaining and then there you go. One loud mouth woman bitching at the manager or whoever can get anyone in "trouble" with the establishment they're in. Sorry, I'd be pissed too that some girl was getting me tossed from a place I just dropped some good money in and then talked poo as I was leaving. Assault for pushing!? A BOUNCER?! A bouncer that, according to the article, put his hands on him first. This a pathetic situation. A lot of mess out of nothing. If he weren't a football player it would have just been another story for the bouncer to tell his buddies about.

I'm still reserving judgment on this until everything comes out in the light, but lets not throw one of our boys out to the wolves just yet, I think they deserve a little more faith from the fans than this lynch mob thats assembled. :agree: It could be as simple as he was trying to open the bottle and it spewed out and people got pissed. Not saying that happend but its just as likely as what some people are saying.

If I got sprayed by somebody's champagne, I wouldn't be happy about it, I don't give a crap who did it. If you shake up a bottle of champagne, it's going to do that. That'd be the equivalent of me taking my can of soda, shaking it up, and opening it. Stupid.
