Can you break down why you feel Canales’ offensive tendencies aren’t effective, why you feel he’s a poor communicator, his eye for talent, etc so that we might better understand

I can tell you that he’s only had one year of being a coordinator and in that 1 year the unit he was responsible for wasn’t good.

What the fug do you know about his eye for talent? He’s never been in charge of that.

As much as I hate that prick dipper...i think he has put together the best possible  scenario of personnel available since he's been here... I hope we have transparency and glad the rats Campen and Tabor are gone.... that is no way to run an organization.

I guess Ben Johnson was overrated by many.....

I'd have Cannales at 2 or 3....

I think everyone balked at his asking price. Maybe he bought into his own hype and thought he’d get a sweet Chip Kelly type deal.

I think he balked at being a HC. It was he who called it off

Yeah something about these dudes that really embrace how great they are in their own minds - I think Ben Johnson and Caleb Williams enjoy similar levels of non success.

How would you rate the new HCs in the league?

For me:

7. WAS-Quinn

6. ATL- Morris

5. CAR- Canales

4. TENN- Callahan

3. NE- Mayo

2. SEA- MacDonald

1. LAC- Harbaugh

2-5 are pretty interchangeable.  I like the Canales hire. I do not like Morgan at gm at all though so we will see. Harbaugh clearly 1 and  Morris and Quinn 6 and 7

They didn't balk at the money. He canceled an interview while they were flying to see him. He doesn't want to be a HC now.

Morris will redeem himself, but Quinn is a WTF hire for Peters and the owners there in Washington. Like the total opposite of what they needed. You might as well have hired Belichick at that point.

What the blankey, blank was Washington thinking?  Seems logic and Washington just don't go together.

    • That’s a book of the great life that the Panthers have had. So great to look back on the great players and seasons that we have had. But I think the book could have been twice the size. We have had a good 30 years, up and down the standings. i know we are in a bad spot right now, but hopefully before long we will be climbing back towards that Super Bowl championship
    • LmAO ..it does not make any sense whatsoever why a team that is currently 2-0 would  trade their backup Qb to a team that is 0-2 & in the same NFC conference ? & what is Seattle going to do if Geno Smith is injured ? wouldn't a team that is  currently 2-0 & is quiet  possibly going to the playoffs  want a decent plan B that already knows how to operate their system & has some form of chemistry with their players  , like I said before this is the NFL &teams especially ones like Seattle  are NOT going to trade their backup Qb 2 games into the regular season...just saying
    • Yeah, I can see that happening, but my only thing is, whoever he goes to, it's going to be a bad team. Not a whole lot of difference between us and say Denver, Jax, the Giants or the Colts. Of course, we're probably worse, but not by that much. Manning would have to pick his poison.
