My 2 GUARENTEES for the draft

The first guarentee is not Panther related, but living in detroit I have an opinion.

1. The Detroit Lions will take CB/S Eric Berry out of Tennessee when Suh goes number 1 because the Rams will trade down to take bradford.

2. Our Carolina Panthers WILL trade with the niners to get our pick back for next yrs 1 and a 2nd. We will then draft DE Grahmn from Michigan university.

This is the all or nothing season for Fox and company they will trade to get this pick and will take Grahmn because they have already stressed they want to build this line as a UNIT, and we all know our philosophy is drafting. These are 2 guarentees I have for this draft. The trades might be different but we will have Grahmn and Berry will be a lion.

IF WE TRADE A SECOND ROUND PICK TO GET ANOTHER DE I WILL BURN BOA DOWN. HOW MANY TIMES ARE WE GOING TO PICK DL IN THE DRAFT? SWEET LORD DOES NOBODY SEE THAT WE NEED ANOTHER PLAYMAKER AT WR SO THAT POSSIBLY OUR YOUNG QB CAN THRIVE???

If we trade into the first it better damn well be for Golden Tate or Dez Bryant. How are Everette Brown (traded a first to get him), Charles Johnson, Tyler Brayton, and Hilee Taylor not good enough to play??

Is our defensive line really so bad that we have to rely on a first round draft pick to elevate us??? Let Johnson and Brown have their chance...they will succeed.

1. McCoy has just as much of a chance to be a bust as Suh does. As for the reps, Warren Sapp recently, like yesturday, said that he feels that McCoy is the better of the two. Sapp by the way only benched 17 times at his combine and said that it's more about speed than it is about strength.

2. Out of the three, Berry, McCoy and Suh, I would say Berry has the most poteniel of being a bust. Yes he is a physical freak and can "lay the wood" but he hasn't proven himself as a great cover safety and some have even questioned his ability to read offenses which is very important for the safety position. At best I think he becomes the next LeRon Laundry, who has really dissappointed in Washington, or at worst he becomes the next Vernon Gholston, another physical freak with no talent.

3. Teams would be smart to trade any and all of their 2011 draft picks. While there will still be a draft, it will look to be one of the worst pool of players in a really long time. Most juniors and some sophmores came out early this year fearing a rookie scale in 2011. If there is a rookie scale, then most juniors and all sophmores will not enter the draft in 2011 and only leaving the senior scrapes left over from those not good enough to enter the draft in 2010. The 2010 draft, especially in the 1st three rounds, will be horrible compared to most years.
