What does an Executive VP of Football Operations do, and how will this help the Panthers put a winning team together?  Does he report to Morgan or Tepper?

In theory Morgan since he's the president of football ops as well as GM. Truthfully, they all report to Tepper.

They Executively Vice President the operations of football. How this helps the Panthers put a winning team together, i don’t know and no clue who  he will report to.
