The official listed time is 4.42 for Tate

For Ford it's listed at 4.28

Strengths - Tate’s a strong receiver. Is a very sound route runner who is smooth in and out of his breaks and has experience in a pro-style system. Is dangerous after catch with a nice combination of quickness and power to break tackles. Has been highly- productive. High-character player who will always compete. Has reliable hands.

Weaknesses - His overall explosiveness is questionable. Is more of a speed-builder than a sudden guy, odd for a shorter receiver. Takes a while to eat up cushions. Top end speed is good but not elite. Can get deep on occasion but doesn’t appear to be a consistent downfield threat.

Still considered a late first / early second round pick because even with the 40 time, he's shown that he doesn't have the speed on the field for the deep passes...For his size and speed he should be much better at getting deep passes.

ford wont go in the 1st, but he may have rose his stock running that fast. if tate, and benn are gone, id take ford in the 2nd

if any of u guys watched the senior bowl bowl practices ford might have ran a 4.27 but he could not break away from any of the cornerbacks during practice. i saw recievers like alexander from mizzou and gilyard from cinci get away from the dbs way more than ford did. speed isnt everything

he was never going to get past the chiefs in the second anyway.

we're going to overdraft jordan shipley and you just better get ready for it.

We will prob trade up to get Tate if he falls close to us. Jon Fox and Weis are good friends so its prob a done deal if he falls close. Besides we have not had a Starting White WR since Don Beebe.

      I don’t watch Hornets games cuz I am out of market.. not about to pay for this mess.. been a fan since they were born….my post is about it’s the only NBA game on and no network National is showing it or did.. I luv Luka… and almost want to be a Laker fan now. .so you would think they would show it.. it’s just embarrassing we can’t get a free game to watch.. this is the end of my Rant !
