I think the money will be in Philly and Chicago where as I think ATL will offer more than Pats but Pats technically have a more experienced team. ATL give Peppers the best chance for a super bowl (given he actually shows up). It's in his division, the Panther will get Delhommed (again), the Saints will be in hangover mode and the Buccs will be rebuilding. Just my opinion.
