Any idea of what Young is doing in the offseason to improve?

One would think and hope that he would be spending alot of time with his mechanics, footwork, and accuracy.

Any news on what the plan is to improve on his game. He needs all the help he can get.

Maybe some of you "football junkies" have heard something.

Players typically start formal training for the offseason after the super bowl i could be sure, or after they sign with a team if they’re a FA. His body needs no football for a while after 62 sacks.

A small break is expected but if Young is truly concerned about his deficiencies than he should be working on them soon.  If he's not, he's probably working on what to do when he becomes one of the most overrated busts in recent memory.

maybe go to some weird part of the world and find some voodoo spell to grow a couple inches. 

In reality, I think Young could do a great job if his physical tools were better.  He ain't dumb.  Most is up to the coaches and players around him IMO.  That's what it's going to take for Bryce to look good.

He really needs to get in the weight room. He doesn't have that much fat, so putting on five to ten pounds of muscle should be pretty easy if he's on the right nutrition program.

Only thing I've seen about him since the season ended was a video of him playing a pickup bball game.
