I call it like I see it. Lamar played poorly overall. Allen played well but missed a couple of potentially game altering throws in the final drive that I pointed out. It just seems like with you someone has to be a total fanboy or a total hater.

If I think Allen/Purdy are overrated I stick with it. I don't change opinions as soon as they lose.

 

If Purdy wins the SB then I will give him his flowers. It's really that simple.

I'm not a Lamar fan. I'm just a neutral observer who enjoys watching him play because he's a good QB.I don't get emotionally involved in it like you do so I can acknowledge it if he plays poorly.

Compare that to your boy Lamar in the playoffs

Lamar Jackson has a passer rating of 75.7 with 1,324 yards, 6 touchdowns and 6 interceptions in 6 games in the playoffs in his career. 3 rushing TDs and 400 yards rushing.

There's no questioning Lamar Jackson in the regular season. But there's becoming no defending him in the playoffs. It's almost like we're talking about two completely different QBs. He needs a sports psychologist or something. It's in his head at this point.

MVP is a regular season award. Lamar is a great regular season QB. He folds in the playoffs.
