Didn’t I just read earlier that teams have to wait till after the championship round to do that? Or was that just in person?

It was a virtual interview. Johnson now can’t accept any more interviews until after next week.

Apparently they got it done in time before his game earlier.

I'm not surprised he's getting some love. I mean, Jake Browning looked like Joe Burrow lite out there and no one would've predicted that.

And Browning is a FA. Would be perfect to challenge Bryce.

There has to be a decent vet brought in to push Bryce whether it's Minshew or Brissett or whoever.

People will call me crazy but i would take a flyer on joe milton or cameron ward in the draft. I like there tools... If not bring dalton back.

Ward is transferring to Miami and playing another year of college ball. Milton has a ton of raw talent but I'm just baffled why he is still so raw after six years of college football. Something is off there.

I’d take a flyer on him as well. I think Dalton might be moving on as well. No reason to have him tag along a true rebuild

I don't think we need to draft another rookie QB to push Bryce. We need a vet for that and there's no shortage of them set to be FAs. Minshew, Dobbs, and Lock all had moments in which they looked serviceable and better than whatever the hell Bryce did.
