Bro stop...

Roquan Smith, Patrick Queen, Justin Madabuike, Marlon Humphrey, Kyle Hamilton....Oweh and Ojabo off the edge...

And you got rhe nerve to say garbage....you don't have 60 sacks with garbage personnel.

And Jadeveon and his 9.5 sacks would lead our team...

So true. Lol at Ravens D talent being worse than ours. How many first round picks do they have on D?

Yeah we are going to be last in the South next year regardless of who the HC is.  The ceiling will be to be score some points, maybe even 20+ here or there and win 3 or 4.  Winning the division is laughable.

I'm noticing a trend.

Whoever is winning in the playoffs we should hire said OC or DC.

Y'all living in fantasy land with these coaches. It doesn't matter who we hire the talent on this team is lacking. We need to change the culture first. When the culture changes the program changes. We need a HC who will demand 100% effort on all plays. We need someone the players will play hard for. We need a voice!

Do the right thing bring Steve Wilks back where he belongs!

I know that everyone is all in on an offensive HC. I get it, but there is something everyone is forgetting. If you can't score points against a team how are you beating them? Our Offense will be garbage again next season barring two or three miracle moves that all work out on that side of the ball, but our defense is good, what if we could move the defense to best? No team in the division is doing jack poo against Mike MacDonald twice a year. He should be the coach and maybe you can salvage Bryce Young by getting his confidence back up with some easy play action smash mouth football, you don't need a savant to put in an offense like that.

We need at least some semblance of offense to win games.

I don't think it takes a ton to fix the offense in a good scheme, personnel wise. You need an upgrade at LT somehow, need everyone to be healthy for a change, then a couple good Wrs that have speed and can seperate. You could get one in the draft and one in free agency.  We wont be able to completely fix the WR room in one offseason but you can at least get a couple of competent guys in here in the offseason if you know how to evaluate talent.  I would only keep Theilen and I guess Mingo because hes on his 2nd year. DJ Chark and TMJ can go and kick rocks.

The wild card is Bryce. He has to play a lot better but in a good scheme he really doesn't need to do a ton for us to win games with excellent defense, good run blocking, and on target throws with timing.

It’s truly time to embrace working through the struggle and building the right way. I’m alright with with a 3-4 win season, granted the team is playing hard and we’re establishing an identity. No more of this half assed win now with broken peices type of stuff.

100% agree.  Almost no talent on the roster. It's measured, long term rebuild time.

The flashy hires that the fans and team want are Ben Johnson and Bobby Slowik but the more you look at the state of the franchise as a whole, the more you see that this team needs a Mike MacDonald or a Raheem Morris.
