Really though, The Show is the only game like that that's ever been good that I can remember. At least in the modern age of games. Most of the other 1st party attempts have been god awful.

I'm thinking he means sports games... The old Football game was garbage for the most part..(989 sucked for the most part) The NBA game is horrible as well.... Otherwise Sony's FP studios have been on a role lately. The GOW series, Uncharted series, LBP and the Ratchet series just to name a few.

Yea thats why I was asking because nobody has a better line up of first party games then Sony. I think the last good exclusive sports game prior to the show was NFL fever or NFL 2K when it was exclusive to the Dreamcast.

Yea it was pretty amazing, one of the only reasons I held onto my Dreamcast for so long. Fever definitely wasn't bad though, it had its flaws but all games do.

Can probably add the studio that made heavy rain to that.. im sure they will make even better games than heavy rain in the future.

Also you have to add the fact that while FFXIII went multiplat FF v.s. XIII (which I happen to be much more intrigued by) is still Playstation exclusive.

I've wanted on since launch, but I wasn't going to pay $599 for a game console. Now that they are decently priced I will be getting one.
