Meet DeAngelo and win Playoff Tickets

So does that mean the Panthers couldn't sell these 200 tickets (for the opponent?) so they came up with this idea to give them away?

No, I'm sure these tics are part of those the organization gets alloted for itself, for promotional things such as this. Could be the players donating a tic or two each as well. We are sold out, so these will be tics already accounted for.

I think it's great either way.

I hope im wrong for anyone whos going, but I cant help but think it might be a misprint on the Panthers website, where they were trying to say "the first 100 people have a chance to win". Seems like for something that big (theyre basically giving away $50K worth of tickets in "street value") there would be more advertising as well (print ad's, radio ad's, etc).

Much respect to anyone who would wait outside that long to go to a game.

I also think the venue would be larger than a cellular store. I mean, who really gives a rip about phones?

They did this in Arizona too. I guess it's something Alltel is doing.

Monday night’s giveaway – paired with an autograph signing session in the Alltel store with wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald"

The first 50 people in line received tickets to the game, although the other fans that showed – the line extended well past 50 – took part in a raffle for more tickets and Cardinals gear.
