Vrabel on paper seems like a good choice but last year starting 7-3 and losing 7 in a row is a big red flag. 
 

Assuming Johnson is a lock to the Redskins, I would rather see Swolik. Close second is Macdonald or Evero

I feel like it doesn’t matter who the head coach is, the team is fundamentally broken at so many levels. The owner is a football retard and the vibe in the building is probably so miserable that it won’t matter if Jesus Christ himself coached this team and had the players walking on water during practice.  It’s that bad.
