Daisy does not feel good...

Glad to here she will be ok!

That happened to my dog twice. (It was lower back...she could barely walk). After the 2nd time, and being told by my v vet that I needed to take her to a specialist (neurology and probably surgery), I took her to my chiropractor (had to go in the back door after closing). He did an adjustment and also did some acupuncture. She never had another problem. That was many years ago. There might be a vet in the Charlotte area now who practices animal acupuncture.

I know how Daisy feels though...I hurt my back a few years back and when I did - I was miserable. I wonder if there are vets who do that kind of specialist work - poor baby will have to be crated....but if it keeps her from doing it again, that's far better than seeing her look like your video again. She has such a sweet face...

Took her to a different vet yesterday. She wasn't doing any better.

He thought she threw a disk in her back. So he gave her a muscle relaxer and sure enough last night she was her old self again. I picked up some meatballs for her (her favorite) and she ate a whole plate. It was amazing to see the change in just a couple hours. She is on mandatory bed rest for two weeks.

That's awesome man. I love it when it's a simple solution that someone else overlooked. Great news to hear.

Next time don't go to a vet that runs out of the back of a VW van.
