just straight up in game management (which isn't talking about playcalls)....Tabor was strong with the little stuff.

I imagine GM interviews will pick up as well. 

1st round of HC interviews should go quick. GM interviews in total should be faster though no restrictions on GM candidates.

Unless the Seahawks promote within then they are going to get the top candidate along with Chargers and Commanders.

Commanders become a decent place with new ownership.
