We need to approach this offseason fully prioritizing putting Bryce in a situation to make a leap next year. But I also hope every coach we interview is told that if he’s not improving next year they can start searching for alternatives as early as 2025. If we take this from the angle of “it’s Bryce or bust” the job is so much less appealing. IMO you’ll know after 2 years if you have someone you can build around or not

Just personally preference. Last year I was 100% in on Shane Steichen before any interviews. Frank Smith help turn around tuas career, thats my main reason given byce needs the same.

Slowik’s progress through the interview progress might unintentionally tell us how he feels about Bryce. He had to have built some preliminary plans to coach Bryce if the Panthers picked Stroud instead.
