Most I've heard about Baalke has been rather negative. How is this guy still around?

Baalke is who won in the Jed York/Baalke vs Harbaugh war of 2014…you can hate Tepper but dang he didn’t fire a Super Bowl level coach like York did.

If Ron was fired after 2015, it would have been comparable. Harbaugh was fired after his 3rd straight playoff year. Ron was fired after the team finished 2018/2019 with 1-7 and 0-8 finishes.

Brad Idzick (sp?) Bucs WR coach and lock for the position and Marcus Brady former Colts OC that got scapegoated by Reich.

it’s not what happens to you, but how you react to it. there are plenty of panthers fans who don’t whine about everything that happens, but look forward to changes to come. having a negative outlook is an internal thing, not an external events thing.

we lost that super bowl due to poor coaching choices, eg not adding enough new offense and not using enough OL help. Harbaugh did not lose because he made bad choices. they are not even close to comparable.
