Would not be surprised. It also would seem to be a cover for all the candidates that decline or say no after the interview. Teppers ego, etc etc.

My guess is the Panthers, like most teams that knew they would be needing new G.M.'s and H.C.'s, already had a wish list prepared way ahead of the actual firings.

No matter who our HC or GM is, they have to be in unison with each other on roster building. Can't have that sort of dysfunction at the executive level, ala Fitt undermining Reich. Need a strong eye for talent with our scouting department too, if we can at least draft decent players we'd be ok.
