It looks like a pair of large dominos just fell. Both McCarthy and Siriani seem like they will be back meaning Belichick to the Falcons should quickly follow (he has no other "good" options).

I'm glad that speculation ended.

Sounds like Ron wants to keep coaching and would be open to being a DC.

Before anyone suggests it, do realize that Washington was dead last in the league on both yardage and points allowed by pretty comfortable margins in both categories.

Also our defense somehow got worse when he took over playcalling in 2019.

Yeah our Defense finished like 28th in 2011 when he supposedly wouldn’t stay out of McDermotts ear their first season and then magically when he left him alone our defense went up to 10th in 2012. (Granted we also had Luke his rookie year).

Personally I think the Falcons are going to go after Harbaugh and Bill is the back up plan. He interviewed with Atlanta so we will see.

Unless he takes a year of like Payton and figures that a more interesting HC position will be open next year.

Word is on the twitters that we are cooking off on the GM search. Speculation is bc we are more than likely sticking with Morgan.

i don’t know I feel about that, I’d prefer to get all the stank from the worst roster ever out of here.

by being reported I mean someone heard it on the radio and then posted to Twitter

This is easy. We should all feel awful about it. Morgan has done nothing to justify a shot. Yes, he is guilty by association.

Of course Tepper would take 1 step forward and 15 steps back.
Might as well have not gotten rid of Fitt if he just wanted to hire from within.

    • Watching Rams/Eagles. Celebrating the St Louis Rams team that won the SB (Warner, Holt, etc..) while playing in Los Angeles seems wrong.  If I were in Los Angeles, no way I would attend a Rams game.  Probably wouldn't attend a Chargers game either.  Becoming a fan of a team that likes to move around just seems like a waste of energy as a fan.
    • The only responses I am getting after providing statistics to put opinions in perspective seem to be from people who get angry and attack stats and people whose opinions differ from their own.  Have people on the Huddle ever overreacted, exaggerated, been wrong about players before?  Sure they have, so an alternative opinion with statistical support should not cause you to attack me or my views.  I am sorry your public schools failed you.  But your reactions are very revealing--you are stuck in Piaget's concrete operational stage--learn logic, how to debate a topic, and learn the difference between facts and emotional opinions.  When I paralleled Cam's stats with Jones' to point out how remarkably similar their careers have been to this point, It blew some 40 watt minds.  I think Jones, in a better situation, could be good--that should not upset you--
    • penalties and poor hands is what cost us in the RZ Bryce missing "high" in the back of the end zone is not an issue, you're taught as a QB to throw high in the back of end zone were only the receiver can catch or no one The duo of Ian Thomas and Tommy tremble can both go at the end of the season, both been here for multiple seasons and they've barely developed
