If that is the season ending record, it would mean that Bryce Young had not developed as an N.F.L. QB and  the Panthers would be expected to take the best QB in the N.F.L. Draft.

While it would suck watching, 0-17 might be the best thing for us. It would simultaneously prove Young isn’t the guy and give us the top pick to select our future QB, hopefully.
