Burrow/Herbert/Lawrence

The 3 golden boys of the NFL. All 3 no playoffs.

 

This league is open for grabs. It's no longer just Mahomes and everybody else. These going QBs like Stroud/Love are leading their team to the playoffs in their 1st season.

 

Maybe the NFL can stop hyping these same 3 QBs. This league is in good hands at the QB position. I just hope one day we can have our own franchise QB.

Bryce will be ok at QB.  Needs to increase over all strength.  He learned alot this year.  He got pummeled all year bounced back up each time.  The team is a dumpster fire he was called to lead.  I want to see how he does with a decent team.

I remember a few posters suggested we trade for Jordan Love in the off-season. I also remember people laughing at that idea.

You been eating those liquor wings again?

 

Bryce is not ok. I'm concerned he showed nothing. The guy was throwing to imaginary people out of bands multiple times throughout the game. His accuracy has also been questionable. Then you have his arm strength below average and his height below average.

 

If you selling me hope with Bryce you're basically telling me to ignore what I saw all season.

Bryce will be a career backup. The sooner we rid of him, the better.

considering what we gave up for him, lets not abandon him just yet.  maybe he can play well enough to either be a decent qb for us or decent enough to reclaim a pick or two in a trade.

Why are you hating on Burrow? He is on IR so yeah they missed the playoffs. That happened to Lamar (current MVP favorite) as well. Herbert and Lawrence sure, but I wouldn’t put Burrow in that group…

Lawrence is the QB to whom most people compared Bryce’s rookie season. Well 3 seasons in he hasn’t been all that great himself.

True. But Jax also didn't give up the haul we did to acquire him either.

Not hating. Just saying the NFL needs to start hyping other QBs. We heard the last few years that these are the future of the league. All 3 are at home.

Yup, they sucked fair and square to earn that overall #1. Like Carolina did this year... oh, wait.

God how I loathe David Tepper's ownership of this team. Could have changed course at any time these past 6 years and avoided giant dumbass mistake after giant dumbass mistake, yet here we are, with Bryce Young and Brian Burns on the roster. Oy.

Burrow is still the future. Injuries happen.  In fact the team missing the playoffs without him just show you how good and important he is to the team.
