What the hell....?!?

And personally, I don't care about the news. It Pep's fault this whole mess started with how they offer him a long-term deal 2 yrs. ago & he turn it down. I think he only care about making more money than they could offer him & sometime he lack the heart when he play too. Why else did Beason call him out early in the season recently? Exactly. Good riddance, 'cause I'm sick of his attitude. We can get other DE that has the heart & motor. Someone like Jared Allen.

Makes sense, we offered to make him the highest paid defensive player in 2007 and he ignored us. Then he said he wanted out and we used the tag on him to buy time so we could try and negociate a long-term deal with him, but we couldn't agree on terms.

Now we've reached a point where we're going to have to spend 20 million for one year to keep him, with the prospect of a cap and the possibility we lose him after this year anyways - so as hard as it is to accept, this is probably the best decision for the organization to make at this point.

So we're letting Pep walk for free...

Sigh...:mad2:

It's probably the best option. Considering this year and last year, it's pretty apparent there will be no agreements made due to the parties involved having different interests. (Id est: Peppers agent is trying to make some $)
