The school times can be shady sometimes but given he had the exact same time at seperate schools and ran a 4.29 recently I'd say it's probably legit. But who knows, this could all be one big conspiracy.

As a Saints fan, the Panthers adding Randy Moss would not scare me one bit. Moss is soft. He played like a chump against the Saints this year. He won't go across the middle. He is not a team player.... he is no Steve Smith. Then again, few are. Smith is a special breed. I would rather see two Randy Mosses than one Steve Smith.

Regardless of who's faster, speed isn't the only measure of a receiver.

smith is quicker and more agile but moss is wayyyy faster as far as speed. He's always been fast and with that long stride you will have a hard time catching him.

If moss and smith make wide open catches, but a defender has the angle on him, moss will get away more times than smith.

You're kidding yourself if you think Moss is faster than Smith on the field. Moss is a possession receiver like Moose. Thats why they got Welker, who has more speed, as a compliment to Moss.

Welker isn't even fast. He has a quick release and can get separation like no other, but his speed is average at best.

Moss is still fast as hell, but if you bump him at the line he gets frustrated and just gives up.

yeah Moss is so fast on the field thats why he fielded Kicks and punts like Welker and Smith.... I can't remember last time i saw Moss out run a defender when there's plenty of examples of Welker and Smith doing it.
