without going specifically into the research that contradicts this, Tepper's level of wealth basically inoculates him from negative consequences. He's also at the point he can surround himself with people that agree with him, and can even buy good press to construct soothing narratives. His wealth absolutely impacts his behaviors, just like other hyper rich lunatics like elon musk. At least tepper doesn't have a million dipshit sycophants

the best way to handle this would be banning him from attending games. the only thing he'll respond to is humiliation. just give him like a 6 game suspension, make him appeal it, and drop it to 3.

About the only smart thing Tepper has said is he announced he would no longer stand for mediocrity.  He passed this with flying colors. The Panthers are not even close to being mediocre.  Well done Tepper, well done.
