So, orange on average has more nutritional value despite the old adage, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away."

Still, I prefer an apple over the orange. I love a crisp, crunch apple. Up on our farm in Kentucky, my Pa Paw had an apple orchard and he grafted different varieties together in addition to the standard red and golden apples. He used to make the best dried apples evar!
