Kampman is much better than a "mediocre DE".

is he really? is he even in the top 15 of des and he is the same age as peppers. everyone is saying peppers will decline at 30. it will be even more noticeable with kampman. he hasnt registered double digit sacks more than twice in his career. averages about 1 ff a year no pass defended and no ints. thats about as mediocre as they come.

i am not saying that we should or shouldnt keep pep. all i am stating is that kampman is not a suitable replacement!! he may be the only one we can get, but that doesnt make him suitable. imo we will still have to draft a de this year.
