Thomas Brown, head coach aspirations?  Dude may never get another OC gig again, he is truly clueless. 

Funny how he continued the shotgun on short yardage and when he finally didn't, it worked. Watch him still do it in the last 3 games.

Brown will likely need to go to Joe Brady route. i.e. drop down to being a position coach again for a year or two, study and learn more about being an effective play designer and caller, etc.

Then maybe he can try again later.
