They are fans who are willing to pay whatever it takes to see their team play. Too bad we don't have more fans like them.

More fans like what, stupid with their money? Money does not define ones fandom. They have this thing called TV the game will be shown in glorious HD all across NC and SC, I guarantee there will be rabid fans in front of many of them.

As long as you're not someone who complains that opposing fans are buying seats in our stadium, I don't care whether you choose to watch the game on TV. That's your right. But if you're going to complain about it, put your money where your mouth is and buy the tickets that both teams have the same opportunity to buy.

I'm not that guy at all, I couldn't care less if other fans are buying tickets, it's an entertainment event anyone who wants to pay a fair, or stupid price is welcome as far as I'm concerned.

You are correct it is easier to come off the hip if one's traveling. You justify it by I've came this far I'm sitting in good seats. That said short of a championship event it takes a sucker to pay double what anything is worth, actually that goes for anything regardless.

i tried ticketmaster this morning, and there were just a few of us .. first guy buys 4, as soon as they go to print them, they realize the printer is out. then they spend 15-20 minutes trying to find the key to open it to load a new roll (as i thought to myself, 'well there go all the tickets'). ugh. in the end, they had to give the first guy his money back, they couldn't print tickets for anyone.

so i overpaid on stub hub (140, what should it have been for that section?) and i don't care. i'm going to be there whatever it takes. home playoff games are precious. it's my birthday on the 6th, so my wife and i agreed to call it my present. best birthday present i ever got. :thumbsup:

One thing I've noticed over the years is that panthers fans want a deal - probably because the stadium is close to home or they just haven't learned that you're going to have to pay big bucks for the big game if you're not a season ticket holder.

People seem to be more willing to big bucks for a game when the stadium is not their own. That's something I've always noticed - one day it may change. That's why you find opposing fans willing to pay double, triple, quadruple face and not bat an eyelid. They just want to see their team play. I wish our fans would to spend that same money and buy those tickets. People get mad at the person who sold the ticket - that person usually has no idea who bought it. Panthers fans have the same opportunity to buy that ticket though as the oppsoing fans, so I have trouble feeling pity.

I haven't decided what I'm going to do yet, but am toying with listing my tickets for an insane amount of money - if someone is willing to pay what I'm asking - wonderful - it goes into the Superbowl ticket fund. If I don't sell them - that's wonderful as well, I'll go myself. It's not like I can't watch it on TV if I sell them. I've been to big games, I've been to playoff games, and I've been to a Superbowl. I won't die.

Steelers fans are one of those type they dont even care of the price just getting the tickets. I understand selling I am actually tempted to sell the Championship tickets if we get the game. That would be alot of money that I could use right now or to pay for my tickets next year. Times are tough.

Two of my ticekts that I got today i chose to receive them by Ticketfast or whatever where you print them out right then, well I keep getting this message: We are currently processing the online delivery of your tickets. Please check back later.

Is anyone else having this problem?

The other two I picked up at retail locations. And I got them earlier.
