If Bieniemy hadn't been so bad at OC then Rivera would've been fired mid-season but there was just no point in giving Bieniemy an interim test drive. When you have opponents openly kicking your scheme after the game you ain't it. It was shades of the Broncos mocking Shula post-SB50.

I think he had the best talent by far. Honestly, Fox did the better coaching job before he just mailed it in at the end on his blame duck year. There's zero chance Ron Rivera gets that '03 team anywhere close to a SB.

Marty got his start in Washington under Bobby Beathard. He'll finish his career where it begin.

They could have tanked for a QB, instead they won a few extra games they should have never won. Now they mostly likely have to stick with Howell and sell their next HC on building with Howell at the QB for the short term.

If they'd come back I'd take Ron at hc, McDermott at DC hell bring hurney back too. It's not because they're the best option and I don't think any of them would come back but they are all 100% better then what Tepper is going to trot in here

John Fox was worthy in 2003, if not 2002 and/or 2004 as well IMO.
