Finished the Campaign last night and I must say, Its as good a campaign as Ive played and a very fitting end to the franchise. Cant wait to give it another run through on legendary.

Aren't they going to keep making them?

I'm playing it on Legendary now, and it's hard as fvck. Most of the difficulty for me in this game is ammo, or lackthereof.

I did find a glitch on whatever level it is where the first jetpack becomes available. Just screwing around I hovered to the top of some giant rock just as a banshee was flying by, so I hijacked it and flew to the top of the spire and detonated it. Beat the whole level in less than 45 seconds.

It was my understanding that this was it. That the only reason we got this was that there was an existing arrangement between Bungie and M$ before their split and the agrement was honored.

But as it stands this is the last installment.

This says that while Bungie is done, M$ wants to make Halo a yearly release. Even though they say it's also possible Bungie will still be involved if they get a good contract.

I guess I'm just being pessimistic in my thinking that Bungie will still deal with Microsoft moving forward.

I am skeptical about Bungie not doing it. And I'm skeptical about it become over-saturated like CoD with releases every year.

Who would buy Halo every year when it has already been proven that the games hold up for 3+ years??

Halo 3 was still one of the top played games on Live before Reach was released.

Played a lot of Big Team Battle last night on Matchmaking. I haven't had that much fun playing Halo games since Halo 1 lan party days. I LOVE the DMR it's so much better than the Battle Riffle.

I've always played the campaign on Legendary but on Reach it was too difficult. I played through on Heroic and will be attempting Legendary soon. I think just being aware of what's coming up next will help out a lot.

Same here...hope it's not like that all the way through. To be honest it was only in 2 or 3 spots but it was noticeable.

Yeah, I went ahead and bought the game, couldn't hold out any longer. I'll be hitting multiplayer once I finish the campaign.
