Telesco over Fitts?

What do we think?  Chargers got rid of a guy who has built a pretty talented roster.  I'd take their talent over ours every day.

Telesco was actually with the Panthers scouting department in the beginning (1995-1997).

He's got a pretty good reputation, but no connection to David Tepper that I know of.

He actually got some decent players for the years with San Diego/  LA. Got the QB right which is more than fitterer can say. I’d take him over fitterer but then again I’d take any candidate over fitterer

He has had some decent picks. He's better than Fitterer but I think there will be better out there.

Honestly, it's a hard pass from me. A franchise QB on a rookie contract is the closest thing to a cheat code that exists in the NFL and he blew it. In four years with Herbert they've gone to the playoffs once and we're one and done in that one. Herbert has a 30-32 record despite showing a lot of promise and putting up good numbers. Tl

Telesco seems Hurney-ish. Makes some nice picks but can't build well rounded rosters and struggles to put a consistent team on the field year to year.

Idk about this one, chargers are going to be a mess next year, they’re gonna be in cap hell next year with what he left behind

That's light years beyond compared to here.
