Look at this list of players for the Panthers and tell what you would do depending on their status. Remember that you can use (1) Franshise Tag and (2) Transition Tags. Also for RFA, there are 4 levels instead of 3 this year so indicate which one you would use. Cutting, extending, trading ect. is all legit, just try to be realistic.

UFA:

Tyler Brayton, DE

A.J. Feeley, QB

Josh McCown, QB

Muhsin Muhammad, WR

Julius Peppers, DE

Hollis Thomas, DT

Keydrick Vincent, OG

Dante Wesley, CB

RFA under uncapped year:

James Anderson, LB

Thomas Davis, LB

Jeff King, TE

Richard Marshall, CB

RFA:

Louis Leonard, DT

Rhys Lloyd, PK

Matt Moore, QB

Quinton Teal, S

Tank Tyler, DT

C.J. Wilson, CB

Players under contract:

Maake Kemoeatu, DT

Damien Lewis, DT

Jake Delhomme, QB

Jon Beason, RB

Jonathan Stewart, RB

DeAngelo Williams, RB

Brad Hoover, FB

Jon Kasay, K

Use this link http://today.sportingnews.com/sporti.../?folio=7#pg11 to see what is out there on other teams as far a their FA are concerned but you do not have to say who you would sign from other teams. This is basicly looking at what you would do as a GM in house.

Have fun and try to be nice!

*I think it might be possible that the team plans on using the franshise tag on Davis because there might be a couple team out there willing to pay the 1st and 3rd in order to sign him away. Also for Brayton, why sign a deal with the possible lock out year coming when you have Johnson and Brown behind him.

    • Karlaftis and Danna have been pretty inconsistent so teams have been doubling Jones and able to contain their pass rush.   But the good thing is that yesterday, we schemed well against Steve Spags Defense, Canales married the surrounding personnel with his QB through play designs within his comfort zone and was able to get downfield at will.  He was able to execute higher difficulty throws and look a lot more comfortable.  It tells me that Canales has a good system in mind, and had an edge gameplanning wise against Spagnuolo - which is nice to see.  It's a bit to see-saw at times with either going way too pass heavy or way too run heavy, but I think he's finding out what works.  It takes time to have it come together, and sure, I could see regression happen against a better front-7, but this was good for the entire system gelling.
    • This was evident first two weeks of season. I don’t see any issues with physical tools since he came back. I think he is a player that must play with confidence to overcome those size limitations and he’s doing that.
    • Still 3-10 on passes over 15 yards.  At least he's not scared to merely attempt them anymore.  Where I see improvement is the 10-15 yard range.  He was 6-6.  Bryce of old was scatter shot on anything beyond 10 yards and the further out, the worse the accuracy.
