He is a running backs coach with an OC title. The OC was supposed to be Frank who was training this guy. If they let him pick the QB then they deserve what they got.

That's the thing. Every change the foundation of the Huddle has pushed for that was supposed to make the franchise take the next step has resulted in failure.
