Agreed. Plus for that three years, they must have loads of luck and hit on SOME draft picks.....

Its a long road ahead even if they get super lucky...current least talented team and the key couple of pieces need 20+ million contracts. Planet size mess....

It really just depends. Find the right coach/QB combo and things can turn around FAST. Just look at Houston now vs. a year ago.

look at the 2010 panthers and the 2013 panthers.

It’s the NFL you just have to hit on a QB. (Draft of FA) Could be 6 months could be 6 years.

The Panthers have been stuck in a rebuild state since Tepper bought the team. Everything that has been tried at QB since Tepper took over has not worked.

By the end of 2 years possibly with Tepper stepping back and hitting on new people to run everything.

It won't be next year. No way. Miracles just don't show up by the dozens.

Until this team actually comes up with a plan, and I mean a real plan that lays out the identity of the franchise and how we're going to get there, it will be near to impossible to ever do.
